    • Shipping Geography
    Spare parts are shipped from various EU countries. We are working to minimize logistics costs. Currently, cost-effective delivery is established to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, and Hungary.

    • Delivery Time:
    Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days

    • Shipping Cost
    €10–20 per parcel weighing up to 5 kg
    €15–30 per parcel weighing more than 15 kg
    The shipping cost for oversized parts will be negotiated with the customer

    • Order Tracking
    A tracking number is provided for order tracking

  • PAYMENT
    • Payment Method
    Payment is made directly upon receipt of the goods in cash or by bank card.

    • Payment Currency
    The currency of the customer's country

    To place an order, please provide:
    • Full name
    • Phone number
    • Email address
    • Shipping address (country, region, city, street, building, postal code)
  • WARRANTY AND ORDER CANCELLATION
    • In case of order cancellation, the customer is required to inform the online store of the reason for the refusal.
    • Refunds are issued after the product is received by the online store, within 7–14 calendar days (unless otherwise specified by the postal service terms).
    • A full or partial refund to the customer's bank account is possible under circumstances agreed upon by both parties.
    • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
